Where to begin? First their website prices are off by anywhere from 10-15$ on their steaks. That being said, when asked the waiter about this, nothing was ever said, just that they had not updated their website? REALLY!! My wife and I ordered their teriyaki steak, and when they arrived, 30 minutes later, you could not taste teriyaki in the steak, if your life depended on it!! The service started out decent, however less than 1/2 way through our dinner a large party (14-17) showed up and well service sucked after that, and that is being nice. No manager ever came by to see if everything was ok? Please save your $ and go elsewhere!!

I have gone several times to this place. Each time I have only experience the lounge section, so my review does not include dining experience. I love the atmosphere and the chocolate martini is wonderful (not too sweet) if the right bartender is on duty. Some of the drinks are really good but once again only if the right bartender is there. The appetizers are a little pricey but are delicious. Never tired the full menu but looking at the menu it's pricey too. I have always gotten good serve but it becomes more popular the serve and drink quality has dimenish some.

THIS STEAKHOUSE AT FIRST SEEMS LOVLEY. NICE ATMOSPHERE & SERVICE. HOWEVER THE FOOD FOR WHAT YOU PAY IS TERRIBLE.

WE ARE THERE OCT 2, 09 FOR CELEBRATION OF A 87TH BIRTHDAY. THERE WAS 5 OF US.

WE ALL ORDERED FRENCH ONION SOUP WHICH WAS BAIRLY PASSABLE. IT TASTED BLAND, LIKE IT CAME OUT OF A CAN. HARDLY ANY ONIONS.

NEXT WE ORDERED 2 PRIME RIBS, AND 3 STEAKS. THE PRIME RIBS FOR 23.00 WERE AGAIN JUST PASSABLE. LITTLE TASTE & PROBABLY 1/4 FAT. AS FOR THE STEAKS, 2 WERE OVERCOOKED, JUST ONE WAS O.K. A MANAGER WAS CALLED, BUT OUR COMPLAINTS FELL ON DEAF EARS. FOR DESERT WE ORDED VANILLA ICE CREAM. THAT WAS PROBABLY THE WORST ICE CREAM I HAVE TASTED. NO FLAVOUR AT ALL.

NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE WAS AWFULL.

WE WILL NOT RETURN.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Keg. The prime rib and lobster tail entrees were excellent. The service was exceptional. We will definitely go back again!!
