I had high expectation for this business based on my son's report about the San Antonio, TX franchise. My chief complaint is that the ribs were dried out and slathered in a sweet sauce. Ribs should be tender and easily parted from the bone. Blackbean soup tasted as if it had been warming in the kettle for a while. Wait staff was very attentive. This is a pricey place and needs to improve the freshness of its food.7

We were there Sunda night the 23rd... Our server Amber was top notch .... very attentive and well knowledgable of the menu selection. As a restaurant manager and chef I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Arlington area!
