Started doing Laser treatments & they kept saying "make sure you come every 6 wks or it's like throwing your money away. It won't work" but then they kept canceling and then their machine broke and said they didn't know when it was going to be fixed. Now, it's been 12 wks from my last treatment they still haven't gotten it fixed it doesn't care that I am "throwing my money away". Every time I tell them they rudely say "well, I don't know what to tell you, we don't know when it will be fixed" I have spent 1500.00 and I still have hair and they don't care about Customer Service.

Owner/manager is very rude and uncaring, no customer service what so ever...company is a rip off

I was a little surprised at how small this place is. But I must say, the service and atmosphere was better than most salon and spas I've visited. I had a pedicure and it was very nice. The chair was different than any I'd ever sat in during a pedicure. It didn't have the bells and whistles that most massage spa chairs have. It was just a VERY comfortable reclining chair. I enjoyed not having to mess with a remote. The pedicurist took her time and made sure I was comfortable. She gave me something to drink and I enjoyed a quiet, relaxing experience. I returned a couple of weeks later for a massage. I was very impressed with this service also, however, the street traffic just outside the building was a little distracting, but not enough to keep me from returning. The staff was very courteous and seemed sincere in making sure my experience with Elysium was a pleasant and memorable one. Considering the service, I had no problem with their prices.
