We have used Scotts Lawn Service for several years. Their overall service is acceptable, however, communication within the company to relay information from customers to the technician who will be performing the service is somewhat lacking. When we made calls ahead of time to be sure our requests were noted BEFORE the technician came out to service the lawn, we were told our account was noted but the technicians never seemed to have the information. Requests for supervisors to return our call were slow in being responded to. The employees at this company are friendly and the technicians are reasonably knowledgable about lawn issues, but improvement in their internal communication would go a long way in helping their image. I could recommend this company.

Scotts has horrible customer service in the Fort Worth/Arlington area I recommend to find another company. Scotts cancelled my account on my with out ever telling me after I sent in a complaint on their service. I did not even know my account was cancelled until I was wondering why they had not been out in a while and tried to log in to my account online. They are now sending me bills with service dates after they cancelled my account and sending me to collection agencies. This is even after I called their customer service after I got the first bill and the lady then said she would remove the charge, but there seem to be no notes of this conversation. My advice is to run in the opposite direction of this company and fast.

Terrible service. Never saw the same technician twice. You can leave messages on their voice mail and NEVER get a call back. They came and did applications 18 days apart, instead of once a month like I was told. They just wanted the money. Also, I later found out that they don't even use the product they make for retail sale, but chemicals that are less effective because of the cost.
