Provided by YP.comThey are very honest and very helpful. I use this location for all my jewelry & watch needs. The latest was my son left his watch in his gym back with a pack of gum in which melted all over the watch in this hot Texas weather. I took it in and they had it looking like new in no time. They will always be my go to jewelry store !!

Provided by YPmobileI had a ring made here with old gold from both of my parents wedding bands and I get more complements on that ring than any other piece of jewelry I own. The manager was very friendly and took her time with me when I was choosing a setting. She called me to let me know it was finished early and I couldn't be any more happier with the way it turned out.

Provided by YP.comFirst off, if you are going to talk anything bad about this business you are
1: stupid
2: probably too stupid to be having jewelry made.
3: pathetic
quickset is a great family owned business and they do a wonderful job with setting, fixing, and ordering pieces.

Provided by YP.comstay away!!! I went to have a ring made with gold I had saved over the years and they took all the gold and then charged me full price as if I had not contributed anything at all!! also other people have told me they took watches to have batteries put in only to be told they needed repairs when nothing was wrong with the watch!! major rip off organization!! do not trust these people with your valubles!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI would not recommend this place at all. I took in my new Bulova watch to simply have a few links taken out. The girl used a hammer and a center punch to remove the links. When I looked at my watch, there were many nicks out of the metal band from her hammering it. When I tried to get my $14 back for the cost of link removal, they didnt even want to give me my money back. I had to contact the upper management, and it took a long time to agree to refund my money. She said that they could try to buff it out, or even give us a store credit. Who would want a store credit when they are not even capable of taking links out properly. Also, the link pins were in backwards. We would never bring any jewelry to be repaired there no matter how much the store credit. And just think, they even advertise that they work on Rolex. What a joke. I could amagine what someone would do if they spent that much money on a watch like that, and took it there.
