Came here last week, was told that I had to make an appointment for an oil change. Called this morning to make an appointment and was told that the place was fully staffed and no appointment was necessary. Came to the location within 30 minutes and the guy said that he is booked and I have to make an appointment for tomorrow. Don't know what game they are trying to pull, but I used to come here all the time and even got 3 of my friends to come here. Taking business elsewhere.
