Bob F. Keller,TX. 7-18-2016 " WARNING DO NOT HIRE" Arturo gave a quote and hired. I have contacted the Arturo Palma to find out what's going on after he has stood me up on several appointments that he has set himself. I adjust my schedule to accommodate such as boarding my dogs so he could work he fails to show up. Arturo gives me an apology and a excuse. He sets another date to come out to work same thing he failed to show up and do the job. I get a call from a representative Isabel. She gives an apology too, resets appointment to Monday @ 3PM, and I would get a $35 credit on his service again he failed to show up, so I call and leave a voice mail and text then call the other number that I was provided. Isabel states, he was on his way, but now 1 1/2 hours later he is a no show and no call and or excuse. I get a call from a Carlos telling me he can't make it and now schedules a 5th appointment tomorrow at 12pm. So,I have had conversations with Arturo, Isabel, and Carlos.
