The is my second time here and they do a terrific job for s very reasonable price. This is now my “go to place”. Both technicians were professional and they are pleasant and accommodating on the phone.

I hate the atmosphere of the COVID protections, but understand the reality.

They always do a wonderful job and I absolutely love this place !!! Fantastic job every time I highly recommend

I have been going to Nails by Pros for over 5 years and the staff and owner are wonderful!!!! I would encourage everyone looking for a new location to stop in and allow Lena to service all of your pampering needs.

I love getting my nails and eye lashes done by Lena. I'm a very picking person but the staff make sure your happy before you leave.

I've been going to this nail shop for eight years and I've made very good and close relationships with all of the nail techs. They are all experienced & they all have well time management skills.

Over the years I have gained the best relationship with them and absolutely love the services they provide, not only are the food at what they do but the customer service is GREAT. Everyone here is so friendly! They are such hard workers and I always have an AMAZING pedicure! I am very picky and have found few places that actually really do a good job scrubbing your feet. I've been to expensive spas and the pedicures there can't even compare to the job they do here. The massage they give you on your legs and feet feels so wonderful. If you walk in 10 minutes before closing they will still see you and will do just as good of a job as if you came in earlier in the day.

I went to this place because I saw an ad for mink eyelashes for a cheap price. The lady who did them was nice and willing to do my eyelashes they way I wanted them to look. However, during the application process, she kept opening my eyes while applying the lashes. This is not supposed to happen with a real professional. Also, she applied the glue to my inner lining of my eyelid. That is also not supposed to happen with a real professional. I don't believe she is licensed or properly trained to apply lashes. And the lashes used are definitely NOT mink. The application process is supposed to be where the lashes are glued to each of your INDIVIDUAL lashes. The lady did not do this. Instead she glued to multiple lashes creating clumps and also glued to my eyelid and inner lining of my eyelid. I have had eyelashes applied elsewhere for a higher price, and they were awesome. I went to Nails By Pros because they were cheaper. Basically you get what you pay for. I wanted a cheap price, and I got cheap non-mink lashes and sloppy results that didn't look like what I wanted at all. The place only accepts cash as a form of payment for eyelashes. When I paid the lady, she took the cash and slipped it in her pocket which looked very unprofessional. The place supposedly offers complimentary drinks which I was not offered anything. I would never recommend this place for eyelashes. In fact, I would spread the word that people should not go here at all.
