I left bleeding and in tears! My cuticle was ripped off and a deep cut bled throughout the manicure process. The ladies didn't seem to care and anxiously offered to pull my credit card from my wallet without even having the courtesy to offer a band aid for my deep cut. Bloody Massacre!
