Dr. Frizzell is the only one to see. I took my furbaby in and she saw Dr. Mayo for the first time. He walked in defensively, would not allow her to sniff and tried pushing her back with a file. Of course my dog felt uncomfortable and started barking and whining. He then told me to get her, which I did, he still did not allow sniffing or greet her. She began to bark and growl at that point. (FYI - She has NEVER reacted this way to a person before) He left the room and the tech came back telling me I had to muzzle her or he wasn't coming back in. I am absolutely baffled at any vet that would approach an animal that way and then blame them saying they are "aggressive". I am seriously considering switching vets after this experience. I will give them another shot with my dog seeing only Dr. Frizzell and hope that in the future everything is as good as her previous visits with him.

My diabetic cat loves them and is loved by them, He gets rock star treatment everytime we go in. In fact, for several days after boarding he goes through the house looking for the staff and the rest of his friends.
