I have never posted a review online but I feel compelled to do so in this case. My Samsung LCD TV went out last week causing great turmoil in my household. My initial reaction was to call Geek Squad however the number of poor reviews online concerned me. After searching a bit for a repair service with positive reviews I decided on GEM Electronics. Greg was able to come to my house the next day, diagnosed the fault quickly and quoted a reasonable price to repair the defective power supply on the spot. He guaranteed the repair and the set was back in business within an hour. He also performed an adjustment on an old Sony TV we have at no charge. Greg impressed me as an honest, hard working professional that I will gladly refer to friends and family with no hesitation.

I called Gem Electronics to repair our big screen TV in the morning, and Greg was out that same evening. He said he would come between 5:00 and 6:00--and he showed up at 5:45! He said he would look at the TV and then give us a quote--and if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge us. He did fix it--and it looks GREAT!! He cleaned everything inside and out, so it's like a brand new TV! And his price was very fair.



I will recommend Gem Electronics to all my family and friends, if they need a TV repaired. Greg was prompt, honest, and courteous. He is a rare find!!

When i called Gem Greg knew exactly what was wrong with my tv after i explained the symptoms. He came and fixed my tv and did an exellent job! He was honest and to the point.
