We had been working with Rich since mid July to get a quote for our roof and siding to be replaced. He sent me a final quote on 8/24 for $6910.08 which was good for 30 days. On 9/2, Darryl, one of his employees came out for us to sign the contract. Their price had suddenly gone up to $9362.38! There were so many things on the itemized quote that didn't even apply to the job. Needless to say, Frazier Roofing will NOT be getting our business. We do not do business with companies that have poor business ethics. Shame on you Frazier Roofing.

By the time I had called Frazier roofing & guttering we had already had 3 different companies come out & give us estimates to put up gutters. We are members of Cosco & we even had the company they use come out, of which they were the most expensive. I was getting discouraged because we had called so many different companies & only 3 came out. I called Fraziers & set up an appointment. They were able to come out within a timely manner to give us an estimate. We were totally surprised by the estimate. Fraziers was at least $500 less expensive than the least expensive of the other 3. The next day we sent in the paperwork to get them out here. Unfortunately that was right around the time that some bad storms had came into the area & major roof repairs were needed on a lot of houses so it did take a little while for them to come out but it was well worth the wait. We came home the day that they put the gutters up & they looked great. The yard was immaculate as well. I thought that i would at least find a small piece on the ground somewhere. I find nothing. Needless to say I am elated that we used Fraziers & we will be using them in the future for any of our roofing & guttering needs. Thank you, The Cole's!!!!!!

I would like to commend the Frazier crew for a job well done! The materials arrived at my home as scheduled and the installation began promptly. The crew was very courteous, and I appreciated how clean and tidy my property was left after the job was completed.
