I waited 3 hours for a replacement license and ended up leaving. They have a system where 700's and 800's are for people getting a license and so forth. Our #'s were in the 200's and they called 4 numbers in the 200's in 3 hours and we were still 3 numbers away. At that rate we would have been there for at least another hour and a half. This is run like a welfare office and we are bound by law to replace our licenses when lost or change of name. We needed to change the name due to a marriage and we will never get it done with that kind of no-service.
