Be warned, they overbook appointments all day long. Everyone in waiting room after 8 am is there for issues that are NEVER fully resolved. If your base breaks due to mishandling by their staff, YOU will be charged 75.00 fee to fix it and be without it all day. If they make it wrong in beginning you are STUCK with it and just have to " adapt". I have had tons of issues and just get told I am not being patient to the process.

I felt my dentist was compassionate and caring to my pain while going through the extractions and I was nothing but satisfied with the level of customer service here at the arlington location.

KEEP LOOKING...You get what you pay for. My husband has these big teeth in his mouth that was nothing like the wax mold and now they want to charge him $150 to fix their mistakes. This place is not worth the pain I am seeing him go through.

This is my 3rd denture set in about 25 years. They offered the one day service, which was very convenient. At the end of the day there were some minor adjustments, but all in all the service, attitude, and commitment to the patient was high. I would recommend them to any friend or family.

I have just gotten a new replacement for the top denture and had a new one made for the bottom(had a partial before) and I must say so far its been a nightmare wasnt told that I had to pay additional 300.00 for white teeth done the same day and the bottoms have been so uncomfortable and try and get in quickly when your in pain forget it. I have my 3rd appt since got these 2 weeks ago and when called for this appt because they way they fit and hurt and one side of the bottom dentures is noticeably lower than the other when I have mentioned that at each visit was told that in 8-9 months when they do the hard reline It would be up to dentist whether to redo them or not. I have requested to talk to dentist when I go this week and was told on the phone that I would probably not be able to see him because he is always with patients What Am I ?? I will take that up with them when I go later this week this is not acceptable at this point I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I believe this is ran like an assembly line and that the office manger and dentist could not care less they are all about the money. will have more info later this week

such a qualified and professional service as DDS...

They are super friendly and the most helpful in every way. I was surrounded by people who actually made you feel like they wanted to help you with you situation and get your complete satisfaction right from the start .

I would suggest that you give them the opportunity to show you too.

Had a top partial plate (actually 90% denture) and it instantly fit like a glove..I have had 0 problems...I certainly recommend them.

This place has the most nices people there and very professional!!!!! I recommand them to everyone, My whole family goes there for their extractions and dentures. Thank You for the great service!!

had relines done went back several times ...fit worse than they did when I went in..was going to get dentures from them but changed my mind

My 12 year old top denture was super glued on one side and had a small piece missing on the other side, so I finally got enough money together to replace it. The first denture they made not only looked awful but did not fit. I could not eat in it and it gagged me, especially when I talked. It made my mouth so sore after wearing it for a day that I could not wear it the next day. It cost $405.

I paid an additional $150 to get a second one made. They did another impression. The second one looks a little better and after 2 trips back to get it adjusted, I can wear it. I still can't eat on the left side of my mouth because the bite is off and the denture clashes with my bottom teeth (which are my own real teeth). I do have to use a small amt. of fixodent glue. The teeth in it look fake,,they are not as real looking as the teeth in my old denture. They are yellowish and I am disappointed in the whole process. They seem to throw them together and on the 2nd trip back, the assistant smoothed out gritty places that should have been done from the beginning. She also polished the teeth a little because they looked so dull (again this should have been done from the beginning) I spent another $150.

After numerous trips to this clinic and spending $555.00, I will start saving so I can go somewhere else and get a better fit and better looking denture.

I have worn my old denture for 12 years and never looked in the mirror and thought it looked bad,,,,,I can't say that about the new one from Dentures & Dental Services in Arlington, Texas.
