WORST BUSINESS I'VE EVER SEEN!!! Wish I could give a ZERO rating!!!

I bought one of the groupons for 2 mani/pedi's for a nice day of pampering. I called and was scheduled for an APPOINTMENT for 1pm on a Saturday. I arrived at 12:50 and was told to "wait in the waiting area until called". After continuous questioning/complaining to the staff about when I would be seen, I was finally called in for the manicure at 2:30pm!!!!! There were NUMEROUS customers in the waiting area who all of which were also furious.... it was HORRIBLE.

Now to the details of the actual service... I went to sit at one of the nail desks and then had to hear from all of the nail techs how unorganized this place was and also listen to the other customers complaining about the service, etc as well.

My manicure was terrible - the polish selection is terrible (I ended up with a "blueberry fragranced" polish that would not dry and was ruined before I could even be shoved off to the waiting area again to then WAIT FOR MY PEDICURE. My 7 year old niece does a better job painting my nails... I'm really not this picky and have never written a bad review of any business until now... that's how bad this place is!

In any case, after the 10 minute manicure, I was then told it would be a couple more hours before my pedicure and to "go get some lunch/dinner in the mean time". I showed back up at 4:30 and STILL HAD TO WAIT because they only have 2 pedicure stations (both of which with broken outdated chairs). When I got back there, my nail tech had longer artificial nails than should ever be allowed and dug into my feet with them multiple times, cut one of my toenails so crooked and short that we had to stop for a minute because it was bleeding, she dropped all of her tools on the floor and then continued to cut my other nails with them as well. The list goes on and on.

The owner is absolutely oblivious as to how to run a business. She stood over all of the nail techs shoulders talking to them about things they did wrong with the previous customers, etc. I couldn't believe it. It wasted an entire Saturday of what I planned to be "pampering" and by the time I left, I was so furious I couldn't see straight!

I purchased a groupon for a ma...

I purchased a groupon for a mani/pedi. I called to make an appointment and was told they were all booked up but they would call me if there was a cancellation. I gave them the times I would like to come and hung up. Almost immediately, I get a voicemail of a date and time that was NOT within the times I requested. I called back and got voicemail saying I could not do that date and time and repeated the date and times I could. I got a voicemail back again for a different date and time that was NOT within the times I requested. We played phone tag a few more times before I could get an appointment that would work. I had a feeling they only said they were "booked" as a cover to make it sound like they were busy.

On the day of my 10am appointment, I got 3 calls from 8am till I drove up to the place confirming my appointment. I missed the first 2 calls because I was working out. I called and got... yes, VOICEMAIL, and told them I was coming. The 3rd call came 15 minutes before the appointment as I pulled into the parking lot to confirm. I walked in to the owner (a very petite older lady) behind the counter leaving me another message. I only knew she was there from her voice as I could barely see her over the counter (and I'm petite too!). I told her that I left a voicemail about 40 minutes ago that I was confirming and she proceeded to tell me that my tech was running late! NONE of the 3 calls informed me of this! So I sat waiting patiently in the VERY WARM waiting room for 15 minutes for the tech to show up.

I was escorted back to a small room with 2 pedi seats/machines and shown maybe 15 different colors of nail polish to pick from. I told the tech that I like the water hot and it was barely luke warm. The tech was nice, but she and another worker were busy gossiping about the owner (totally unprofessional). I was sold for an extra $10 a "wonderful sea salt scrub" only to discover the tech opening a Dollar General bag to extract a new tub of $2 sea salt scrub! My polish was messy and uneven. My manicure was done in the pedicure seat. Did not soak my cuticles or trim them. Only pushed them back with NO LOTION. It was one of the worse experiences ever!

When I try to leave to pay for my $10 worthless sea salt scrub, the owner was missing. I found out from the gossiping employees that she ran off to pay a phone bill before they shut off service!

I would NEVER go to this place EVER again! My 10 year old SON could have done a better job than this place. After I posted my horrible experience on FB, one of my friends told me that she called just to inquiry about Zumba and they kept calling her and calling her abou coming in. Totally unprofessional.

I made an appointment for mass...

I made an appointment for massage, facial, massage, deluxe mani and spa pedi. When I went to the appt. the massage therapist and estatician were not there so I could only get my nails done. I did not get anywhere where near a deluxe or spa service. She basically filed my nails, and painted them. When I left I pointed out how bad they looked and the manager said if I came to get my other service the following week she would have my nails redone. I came in the next week and again couldn't get my massage but the facial was great. I ded get my nails redone and this time it was good. When I was leaving the manager wanted to charge me $60 for my nails. I told her before I got them done that she said they would redo them and again when leaving she still wanted to charge me. I ended up paying $10 extra but I had to argue to get that. I will never go to this salon again. I would use the estatician again if she was somewhere else.
