I gave an excellent review 11/1/19, it was premature and I should have waited 24hrs.
I originally made the appt. for a cleaning, after X-rays, I was told I needed fillers to prevent cavities on 8 teeth.
No one wants tooth pain, therefore as a preventative, I went along with their suggestion. Dr. Luu preformed the services, however she drilled too deep on the first bottom molar left, it caused me to react, in alerting her that I felt it, as though she hit the nerve.
I left that facility with pain, that I didn’t have when I arrived.
I called the next day informing them when I floss my teeth or chew anything on the left side it’s painful. They had me come back in for another dentist(Dr. Dang, Luu’s husband)to take filling out and refill tooth again. He stated it might take a few weeks for sensitivity when flossing to go away. Unfortunately I’m still having the problem when I floss, not as bad but it still remains.
Not knowing I had two insurances, I originally provided secondary Insurer, leaving me with a balance. I paid half that balance 11/1/19 on my Visa Bankcard.
12/1/19 I went back to facility with primary Insurers Information, resulting in bear creek being paid in full by both Insurers, therefore I should have received the monies back I paid out of pocket. My communication was always with mable in refunding my money. She continued giving me the runaround, and was very unprofessional and Rude! After waiting and being patient enough, I complained to the Executive Office, they gave me the runaround too.
It’s been 3 plus months, without refund.
I’ve escalated and filed Complaints with WebMD, the BBB, my Bank and both my Insurers of the Improper Services, Rude and Unprofessional services of the North Arlington location.
I wish there were negative star ratings, they’d get a Negative 5!

I was skeptical about coming here after reading the google reviews. I decided to give it a try since I have no dental ins and the x ray and checkup was $37. I hadnt been for a cleanup in 6 yrs and I was only charged $80 aside from the xrays. Then i asked to resurface my teeth because i did not like their wavy shape. $25 per tooth. Cool!!!!
