Owner and employees VERY rude and unprofessional. Her prices are always different from what she tells you over the phone. Appointments are not upheld. My daughter and I have been going here for 4 years and it’s about time to find a new braid shop.

A very great place to get your hair braided, great prices and the ladies there braid very fast. I keep going back!!!!! Love this place.

Every time I come here the people are nice and quick with my hair. They do a very good job at what they do. The most amazing shop!

Lets start off to say my appointment was at 7am Laura the owner was over 45 minutes late with me and 2 of her employees outside waiting on her. She finally arrived and apologized.. The price she quoted me 3 days earlier when I went in to check prices was 180 the day I went to get my hair done the price hopped up to 220. she told me because my hair was soooo thick i could not use the $20 discount that everyone else was able to use.. She will quote you something over the phone but when you go in the price is some how ALWAYS jacked up. she told me i had to buy 4 bags of hair spending $20 more and only used 2 and a half. REMINDER: (beauty Supply stores do NOT refund) My hair started coming down 2 days after getting it done and she blamed it on the hair but it was the type of hair she told me to buy. I was also told that because 3 people would be on my head it would only take 3 hours. showing up at 7 and not having someone get to my hair until 8 i did not leave her shop until 2:30pm. I recently moved to Irving and called her to ask if it would cost for them to put my hair up she told me if i had gotten my hair done there that it would be free.. I drove ALL the way to arlington to walk in her store and for her to tell me i had to pay 10 dollars.. smh I will Not be going back to her.. For the time, the amount and the quality I could have went to my friends sister who was going to charge me 150 and all i had to do was get the hair.
