Was given price and made deal on the phone, I live 2 hours away and when I arrived all was in order and no games with numbers and pricing. Top notch customer service. Good people and very nice worker

Robert and Chip have always supported everything moto in DFW.... include the Hucklebuck and the stunt scene. As many people I have sent their way, never heard anyone ever say they were treated unfairly. I always ride with em!

While visiting the area, my bike decided that it wouldn't leave without an expensive souvenir of our time in Texas, in the form of a new clutch. Mostly choosing by distance, I had my bike towed to Arlington Motorsports. They made getting me back on the road a priority, and quickly diagnosed the problem and got the parts ordered to arrive early the next morning. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining what was going on, showing me what was wrong, answering questions, and just chatting. If I didn't live 1,000 miles away, it would be my new regular shop. Thanks!

Nice store with many good bikes. The current guys at the parts counter (Chad and Theron) are really friendly and helpful. I have recommended numerous friends of mine with bikes to get their parts there. It's a good environment even for non-bikers coming along with their friends.

WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! This is the worse dealership I have ever been too I order part from them pay for right then and they would mail them to me. two weeks later I had to call them for about 3 day straight trying to get ahold of someone and left a message with them and it say they will call you back when they can well needless to say never got a call back, once I got someone he didn't know how to look up my order or anything so he took my name and number and said I would get a call first thing in the morning well needless to say again never got a call so I had to call them then had to wait to find the right person that knew what to do. then come to find out I had been charged for the parts and everything then they some how they canceled my order but still kept my money! so now its been over two weeks and all they could say was well reorder your parts and let you know when they come in so maybe a month after I first ordered the part I might get them. I will never use this dealer ship ever again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them too.

They will over charge with 110 an hour! Highest rate in dfw! On top of that they markup their parts 40%...completely screwed my bike over costing me more than when I brought it in..they called me a liar to my face and refused to service my problems! Stay away! Try yamaha stadium in irving! 79 an hour! Waaaay cheaper
