I have a Ford edge 2015, it had an electrical leakage problem, I took it to several shops and nobody was able to figure out what was the problem until I went to AC Speedo in which it has been correctly diagnosed the problem was with the BCM (body control module)
The professional treatments I got from the staff at AC Speedo was great.
The cost was very very reasonable. I had asked the dealership how much it will cost me to fix such a problem their cost was almost more than five times of AC Speedo cost.
Also, I had went back to AC Speedo several times to fix some programming issues, they were very glad to serve me without any extra charge.
I am really glad that I had found this place to fix my car, I do strongly recommend it to my friends.

These guys are awesome. I was having issues with my truck (2005 Ford Explorer Sport Trac). The cluster on it was giving me intermittent connectivity. So whenever I hit a bump while driving, it would shut down completely. I took it to these guys and they found the cause of it. It was around August when they fixed it. Now it's October and I have had zero issues with it. So far it's still going strong. The service also comes with a 2 year warranty just in case.

I was having a problem with the lights over my license plate . I went to two Ford dealerships one told me they would need 2-3 days to work on it ( that meant renting a car plus the expense to fix it ) . The other told me $253.00 plus labor . I was getting my oil changed at good year and told Neal about my problem . He told me about AC SPEEDO ELECTRIC the service from the minute I walked in to the time the work was completed ( less than one hour ) was great . They could have taken advantage of the situation because I had told them what Ford wanted to charge . The fix was a easy one and the cost was only $40.00 the people were nice and honest . To make a long story short, back in Sept 2018 I took my suv in because the speedometer had stopped, the check engine light and abs light was on. I called in advance to explained what was happening before taking in. The next day, Jason gave me verbal diagnosis, a speed sensor. We discussed options for parts, before leaving his office, I called dealership from whom I have purchased new parts before and confirmed availability. We agreed I would return after receipt of the part and I did. Upon completion Jason gave me a part said to be the old speed sensor removed and replaced. After I got into car to leave, I realized Jason had not completed repairs. I noticed he had pulled open and broken screws on dash and I don’t know why because sensor is located under vehicle, part of the transmission. He said the screws were old and dash would have to be glued back to close and did. As I was leaving second time, I noticed the lights were still on. I went back inside again to ask why this was not repaired. Jason’s response was he test drove it, lights went off then came back on BUT, the speedometer is working. Forty five days later, the speedometer STOPPED again. I called and was told to bring vehicle back in and I did. This time, Jason came back with more contradicting info and said it was not the speed sensor. This time he came back with a list of more codes he says for work needed to be done that was a contributing factor. When I pressured Jason for written diagnosis, he wrote it on the back of a business and the bottom of my paid receipt. We My parting words to Jason was I was going to seek recommended repairs and if I got any info contrary, I would be back. Consequently, I had repairs done and the end result is still the speed sensor. Thinking a faulty part, I called the dealership and was surprised no parts had been purchased from them. I sent Jason a certified letter asking him to remedy as of today no response. Mr. Andy Folbre you are not alone, I understand, can relate.

I was having an incredibly odd issue with my truck's cluster that was triggering the PATS in my 2003 F150 and disabling my ignition. After speaking with both Jim and Denise, they got my issue resolved a lot faster than initially expected and under budget as well.

It really impressed me how clean my cluster was when they put it back in and how they took the time to do that. They also use floor mats and that says a LOT about how considerate they are of their customers - not many places do that these days.

I've been afraid to drive my truck for the last few months out of fear of it stranding me (and it did.. multiple times.) I don't have that fear anymore and peace of mind is worth a lot of money in my opinion. If I ever have any electrical issues with any vehicle moving forward I'll be bringing it here.

They helped me save about $60 on repairing my stop light in the back end of my car. It was amazing how they did it. I fully recommend AC Speedo Electric and Jim Cheevers and staff.
