He answered all of my client's questions and did not hesitate to take my client back into the attic to fully explain an issue that my client saw as a huge concern. I am a first-time home buyer relocating from California to Dallas. I hired A-Action for a home inspection on recommendation from my realtor, Evan Downey of Keller Williams. I was very happy with the service provided by A-Action and Sean Smith, the inspector. I was not able to be at the inspection, but Sean called me after the inspection was completed and gave me a thorough verbal report. He also made himself available for me to call him at any time, even on his days off, if I had any questions about the inspection. He submitted a comprehensive written report later that day, exactly when he said he would. I am very appreciative of Seans thoroughness and professionalism and I would highly recommend A-Action to anyone who may be looking for home inspection services.

I use this company quite a bit. Their scheduling process is easy, their inspectors are very professional. They send reminder emails and get their report back the same day. I also like that they are always willing to answer questions after the initial inspection.
