If I could give them more than five stars, I would. The guys came out on a Sunday afternoon within two hours of my call and took care of my problem. Of course, that is what their job is. However, they did it with great attitude, and were very friendly the entire time they were there they were a credit to not only their company, but to our community.

I would recommend this business because the staff members were courteous and professional.

I was having trouble with my septic system and they were able to come out that day to fix the problem. Great group of people. Very nice and professional. Thank you so much. Will call again in the future.

I e had a great experience with Mid-South Septic and Plumbing. Our house is 6 years old and this was our first septic tank emptying experience and it could not have smoother; from scheduling to the crew showing up and doing the work. This is the only company I will use for this service in the future.

I had been using some else and seemed to not had problem resolved, on Fb I ask for recommendations and was directed to mid-south and I can not be happier I wish I would of contact them 4 years ago. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. Robert came out as promised and was able to locate my septic tank when several others could not. Most companies wouldn’t even service my area and Robert and his team went above and beyond and came out. He not only helped me find my septic tank, but he found the solution to my water backing up and helped educate me on my entire plumbing system for my house. He stayed until he fixed my problem when any other company would have put in a good effort but left incomplete. Robert stayed until the job was done and I understood completely what was happening. Outstanding service and very knowledgeable about septics and plumbing.

Other services that I contacted didn’t return my calls. Mid-South answered the phone, provided a quote and put me on the schedule promptly. Their technicians were courteous. I highly recommend Mid South.
