Worst plumber I've had. We recently moved to town and were in need of a plumber so I did a quick Google search can came across this nightmare. After 2 missed appointments when the owner said he would come himself. When he showed up he reeked of booze and his speech was slurred. I ended up refusing to pay after several hours because he was unable to fix the clogged toilet and left the bathroom a mess (waste residue left on the floor and rugs). The owner of the company became insisted and couldn't hep himself from insulting me and my family with a racial slur, "leave it up to a n*gger to stiff you" while my kids were in the room...Needless to say the Better Business Bureau was contacted as well as the police. Cliff Notes Version: Find Another Plumber!

Really a true pro installed my heating system and renovated my master bath on time polite and stayed within our budget would use Don for anything he says he can do!!
