I SIGNED UP WITH THIS COMPANY SO AS TO HAVE A SAFE HOME. I NEEDED A ALARM SYSTEM THAT I COULD TRUST. I HAD PROBLEMS FROM THE DAY OF INSTALL ON. THE TECH. USED BLACK TAPE ON THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOME. AS SOON AS ANY WEATHER HIT IT IT WOULD FALL OFF. THEN I WOULD HAVE TO GO OUT AND FIX IT MYSELF. AFTER 10 MONTHS OF SERVICE A DEFAULT CODE WAS POPPING UP TELLING ME THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. SO NOW I HAVE NO ALARM SYSTEM THAT WORKS. I CALLED THE COMPANY THAT WORKS FOR S.A.I. { SANDLIN ALARM CO.} AFTER ABOUT 3 WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS THEY SHOWED UP AND SAID HE WOULD NEED TO ORDER A PART. WEEKS WENT BY THEN MONTHS. ALL THIS TIME MY SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING. ALL THIS TIME I KEPT IN TOUCH WITH THE HEAD OFFICE S.A.I. I KEPT TELLING THEM THAT I NEEDED THE PART THAT WAS ON ORDER????????. THIS HAD GONE ON FOR WAY TO LONG. I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED EVEN THE IF THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. JUST DID NOT CARE. I HAD ASK THEM TO STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. BUT THEY KEPT ON CHARGING ME. SO I CANCELED THE CARD. I MADE MY CASE AND SENT ALL THE PAPER WORK I HAD TO CAPITAL ONE CREDIT CARD CO. AFTER THEY REVIEWED IT ALL THEY TOOK THE MONEY BACK FROM S.A.I. AND GAVE ME A 3 MONTH CREDIT. ALL S.A.I. HAS TO DO IS REVIEW THE HISTORY OF ALL THE PROBLEMS I'VE HAD WITH MY ACCT. AND THEY WILL SEE. I HAVE NOT BEEN TREATED FAIR. HOW BLIND ARE THESE PEOPLE. ALL I WANTED WAS A SYSTEM THAT WORKED AND THAT I COULD TRUST. THEY STOPPED GIVING ME THIS FROM JULY ON TO THIS POINT. I HAVE A LETTER FROM GUARDIAN ALARM COMPANY THAT STATES THE SYSTEM DID NOT WORK THE DAY THEY CAME TO INSTALL THE NEW ONE. THE BOTTEM LINE WITH S.A.I. IS THEIR BOTTEM LINE. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE WORST I'VE EVER BEEN TREATED BY ANY COMPANY. EVER. I NOT PLAN ON TAKING THEM TO COURT.
