It appears this company is "Jack of all Trades" When I filed a compaint with the BBB for my refrigerator for Unique Repair it came up Unique Camera??? Below is my complaint with the BBB.

This issue started on 8/1/2011 and it is now 9/1/2011 and still NOT resolved. Every time you call the company you either sit on hold for 20-25 minutes or get thrown into voicemail. Unique (Jasmine) told me that they only service customers Mon-Fri between 8am-5pm. I explained I could not miss work again because they got the wrong part last time. Then she transferred me to Candy and I explaiend I can't keep missing work and losing money for their company. Candy informed me that should would schedule my appt between 6am-8am in the morning for this reason. Wed 8/31 approx 5:30pm someone leaves a voicemail msg stating my service would be the next day between 7:30am-10:30am. I have to keep calling the company back repeatedly to get someone on the phone and tell them my appt is suppose to be 6am-8am not 7:30am-10:30am. The lady comes back to the phone and says "Oh, you are right it's 6am-8am". AT 7:24am this morning the tech called me to let me know if again has the wrong part and they will order the correct part again. I inform him to have his manager call me this is unacceptable. Mary called me back very snotty and laughing. I got very upset and explained that I was happy to see that this was humorous to her but, it wasn't to me. Mary went on to say that they have no control over getting the wrong part and there wasn't anything they could do about it but, order it again. I explained that they do have control. They need to double check to ensure they have the correct part BEFORE scheduling my appt and having me miss work again. I asked Mary to have the owner call me (Leo Plotkin). Leo called me and we had the same conversation. I have an extended warranty with Home Depot for this refrigerator and they contract out to Assurant who sub contracts this work to Unique Repair. I have already called Assurant and explained I am NOT happy with Unique Repair and they need to find an company to fix my refrigerator. I want people to know this company does not provide ANY customer service. They only work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR SERVICE!!! It's been a month and my refrigerator is still NOT fixed. And they keep telling me it's not their fault!! It is they need to check and make sure they have the correct part and when they don't they need to take up the issue with the manufacturer!! NOT THE CUSTOMER!!!

BEWARE

Was hit by one of their trucks on 8/24/09 @10:30a.m.on south suburb,they DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE,

IF NO INSURANCE ON TRUCK NO INSURANCE ON ON WORKMANSHIP.I would really think twice about using them.
