Mariette guided me seamlessly through the process of visualizing the gift development process. I didn't really know what I wanted, but she helped me come up with a gift with rave reviews. Great product with reasonable price in record time!

My fiance and I purchased our wedding invitations and wedding thank you notes from Mariette at Traces of Heaven/Gift Bandit in Arlington Heights, IL. She patiently worked with us to make our selections. There were plenty of options to choose from with varying prices. I'm an administrative assistant for a church in Hickory, NC. We wanted a high quality notecard, both in paper & graphic, to use in junction with a conference we have coming up. Not only were email communications very timely, but when we received our product it was exactly what we envisioned & talked about. Proofs were helpful in guiding our decisions, which Gift Bandit provided. When we received our package, I was astounded at the customer service provided--most call it the "second mile principle". Not only did it include a handwritten note thanking our church for our business, but everything was neatly packaged and we received a helpful plug of other similar services they provided.We will definitely use Gift Bandit again if we have a future project & need anything similar in nature.

The service I have received from day one has been amazing. Mariette is considerate and understanding about the particular needs/desires of brides and will send you proof after proof until you are 100% happy. She not only has books of invitations to show you but she is capable of designing them for you as well. She created a beautiful artwork design to use on my invitation, all on her own. Dear Mariette, Since my daughter picked up the wedding invitations, I didn't have a chance to personally thank you for your help and expertise through the entire process. As I mentioned, my husband and I have been invited to around 20 weddings within the last five years and have received many invitations. When it came to picking out wedding invitations, David and I didn't know what we wanted. We had some colors picked out, but that is about it. When we called Mariette at Traces of Heaven, she was able to meet with us that same day, show us a variety of invitations, including some of the personalized wedding invitations that she has recently done and helped us pinpoint the look/style we wanted to go with. She created mock-ups for my review in just a couple days and was able to create a beautiful finished product in less than a week from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with Mariette.
