If you want to have the BEST, I mean BEST skirt steaks then you have to buy them here!!!!! Wally marinades these steaks in a secret marinade that he says he's have to kill you if he gave up the recipe. I haven't had them in 3 years because my husband doesn;t work in that area any longer but I have a craving and will head up and find Wally myself. Amazing meats !!!!!
