I recently purchased hardware from The Knobbery and had an excellent experience. I had to special order my items, and it did turn out that one thing did not work out the right way, but the staff was wonderful and immediately worked to fix the problem, and was able to get me a replacement with no charge. I found them to be extremely helpful and they really work to make sure that the customer is happy with their purchase, and they absolutely do help to fix any problems that may arise.
