We had to unexpectedly replace our vehicle due to a costly repair. Fortunately a similar model was take in trade. Mike Ayoub let me take it home for my husband to check out. Called Mike Ayoub in the morning and told we would like to purchase it. After a few phone calls we had settled on a acceptable price and he had all the paperwork done by the time we got to Sullivan after work. Got the vehicle after it was detailed and a few maintenance issue were taken care of. I also have to mention that the vehicle we were replacing had over 175,000 miles thanks to a superior service department. Mike Baker and Victor Gomez made sure our new vehicle was in the best shape for us.

We recently needed to have a costly repair to our 2004 GMC Envoy which made us rethink whether to have it done or not. We decided since it had 180,000 miles it was time to retire it. Between talking with and getting both Mike Baker's and Victor Gomez's opinion in service the decision was made to retire the 2004 GMC Envoy. The service department is responsible for us to be able to put on the 180,000 miles on the 2004 GMC Envoy. Luckily a 2006 GMC Envoy was taken in trade and it happened to have half as many miles and as an added plus it was even the same color. Mike Ayoub made the purchase of the 2006 GMC Envoy extremely easy. Would recommend anyone at the Sullivan dealership but especially these three men. Now it is up to Victor Gomez and Mike Baker in the service department to keep both our 2006 GMC Envoy and 2019 GMC Terrain running smoothly so that we are able to reach over 100,000 miles on each of them.

It’s time to start looking at new cars as my lease was due to be up shortly. I have now leased several cars from Sullivan and have been completely happy every time. This time was no different it took exactly one day to find the car make the deal and drive off with it. I am planning to return to Sullivan in about three years when the current lease is up.

I visited Sullivan Buick GMC 4 times before purchasing my 2016 Chevy Cruze. This was the first place I visited when starting my search for a used car. Marco came out to greet me and immediately started asking questions to help narrow down what I was looking for. He showed me options I had not considered but was never pushy and always took my wants, including my budget, into consideration. Marco showed me several cars that met everything I was looking for and were comfortably within my budget. They continued to give me good service even when I decided that I was not in the market for a Buick or GMC vehicle and even when I made it obvious that I was shopping around. I was not bombarded by phone calls and emails beyond a few courtesy emails to keep in touch after visits. Marco was also within his first 3 months of working at the dealership, and it was very apparent that they do a good job training new salesman. I've had my Cruze for 2 weeks now, and I feel I got a fair deal on a clean, good-condition used car and am overall happy with my purchase and experience. I would recommend and/or return in the future.

We had spent several weeks searching the various internet sites for a newer van. We found a very similar van at two different dealerships in Arlington Heights. We went to the first dealership and were very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle even though it has 15,000 few miles on the van at Sullivan. The next day we went to Sullivan and the condition of the vehicle as well as the service we got from our salesman, Mile Ayoub, as as different as night and day!
