DO NOT GO HERE! I had a VERY long experience (about 2.5 months) dealing with auto body work on my brand new car. I visited 3 different times to have the same problem fixed, because the project was botched and they refused to do the work. They also called me a liar, told me I was seeing things, and publicly yelled at me in their shop. This is long, but here's my story:

I drive a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I bought it last August off the lot with 5 miles on it. This was the first and ONLY time it was it.

My neighbor hit the driver's side of my car in early August. After running around trying to find someone to fix it before November, my company informed me that they use S&J for our transportation needs, and they tend to do a quick job.

I took my car to Jimmy in late September and he fixed it within a week. I got a call saturday morning, picked up my car, and it looked good from head-on. When I got home, I noticed that, from the back, the entire paint job was botched and you could still see many of the dents. My car had also had 50 extra miles on it, paint on my front passenger and rear seats, and chocolate smeared into my seat. Being a cleanly person, I know this was not something I would do, or that I would have left if I had done it.

Jimmy saw me the next day, claimed he didn't see anything wrong, no one drove my vehicle, but he was going to get it detailed and get the crew to work on the side again. His guy to fix it was out for a while on vacation, so I had to wait for him to come back.

When he got back, I took my car in (Tuesday, October 28th) and he promptly pulled out the dents that he saw (even though Jimmy claimed there were no dents), and it was returned to me 2 hours later.

Later that day, I noticed that, although it looked better, it still was a wavy job. This is my baby. I've spent a lot of money on this car and a lot of time taking care of it. I was not going to let it go.

I brought the car back in on Friday, October 31st. Jimmy and Hank have Carlos (nicest guy in the world!) bring my car in. They tell me again that they don't see or feel any dents in the car, but you can clearly see the different when looking from the back. Carlos looks at it, claims he sees the dent, and Jimmy and Hank brush it off. Hank then tells me that I'm seeing things and clearly making it up because I want to see that there is a dent. They tell me Carlos' eyes aren't that great (WHAT?!) and bring in another guy who says there's nothing wrong with it.

Hank then tells me I'm a liar again, says "oh, and the red paint that was on your front and back seats was from the nail polish of one of your girlfriends!" I was livid at this comment.

Jimmy calls the "dent guy" who is this amazing guy who does some of their work. He sees the dent, fixes the glue on the inside of the door that is causing it, and viola! Fixed! Hank then walks back into the office and says nothing (because he was wrong).

I strongly suggest that NO ONE use this shop. The guys in the shop are amazing, but Hank and Jimmy are clearly crooks. They are not accredited by insurance companies (go figure, who would send their customers to such a place?!).

06.02.15 - UPDATE: I just took the car in for it's maintenance check with Patrick Hyundai and they noticed that I had work done on the car and that the door that was "fixed" had not been properly secured on the hinges and was not flush against the rest of the body. Hyundai is now re-opening the already-painful insurance claim to have this fixed the RIGHT way. I strongly suggest avoiding this scam shop.
