First off the electric work in my brand new home is all whacked out. The upstairs light switches aren't even connected to the ceiling outlets and second the women who answers the phone here is the rudest women I've ever spoken too. I have called 4x within two days to get this fixed and no ones calling me back. She then hung up on me saying it's not an emergency. I have a baby with no light in his room. That's an emergency to me! They better find new customer service help. I will be filing a bbb complaint against them.
