absolutely terrible customer service. if i could rate lower than one star i would. the first appointment i had i arrived 15 minutes early and waited 45 minutes before i was actually introduced to the doctor. After finishing the first medication i was prescribed i encountered side effects, and called back promptly. Unfortunately, it was their lunch break, so i had to leave a message. after recieving no call the next day, i called back on sunday (again my bad they were closed) and left another message. monday, 7:52AM i was contacted and scheduled an appointment for 2:30PM. I arrived 15 minutes early once again, but this time the receptionist told me she had no appointment scheduled for me, and found "two patient accounts under my name and birth date, but neither had an appointment for 2:30". I don't understand what level of disorganization it requires to achieve this. I was told to wait until 3:00PM, which i did, because i called off of work and this was the one day id have available. at 3:15PM i was lead to the room, and 3:45PM, an hour and a half after my arrival, i finally met with my doctor, and she gave me a new prescription. On my way out, they asked me to pay a copay even though last time they were capable of billing the insurance on their own. It is now 9:35PM, my prescription has NOT yet been called in to my Pharmacy, I tried calling around 6:30PM to see what the holdup was but they were already closed. Its been almost a week now that ive been experiencing the side effects of the first medication. I've wasted so much time with these disrespectful desk women, and my symptoms are worsening by the hour. I advise anyone looking for professional help to steer clear of this clinic. Or at least its receptionists.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kooperman for 20 years, he is an excellent physician with a great personality! His staff is very kind and follows through on all paperwork & billing.
