Been with this establishment for over 40yrs until now 2021. They have now developed a new invoicing system with new charges. ONCE you become a client you will get charged for every type of communication such as every e-mail sent in or out, any clerical question and every telephone call regardless of the issue of which will include to make or cancel an appointment if you become a client. BEWARE unless your willing to spend a whole lot of money. I'm so done with Miller and Assoc. after my recent 2020 Billing Worksheet Invoice. I even got charged for sending them an e-mail to tell them how disappointed I was with their lack of customer service this year and having to listen to their apologies based on them closing their downtown office. YEP...That e-mail also cost me money after reviewing my billing statement. They lost a client after 40 years based on Greed.
