Greatest audio installer I've been to. The staff is very friendly, their price quote was fair and accurate, they finished the project on time and they are extremely professional. I had a sub woofer, 4 speakers, two amps, and a bass restoration module installed, and they installed everything on discrete places. My new system sounds amazing. They even scrubbed my floor mats for me! I honestly couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism I encountered here.

These guys are awesome. They went out of their way and helped me by giving a digital photo of my thumb drive. Though they do not provided that service, they did it, just to make me happy. They really made my day. They also gave me 50% discount because my pics were digital. Again I did not ask for a discount, but they did. That's simple awesome.

They are super friendly,very thorough, all around awesome. I am no audio-savvy person. In fact, I get very nervous with electronics and I am very shy...meaning potential snobbery about my low-end record player is something I don't look forward to. Not to worry, no snobbery here. I was very happy with is great customer service. Go here!

I've been working in the television business for 20 some years and I was very impressed with the friendly, professional atmosphere. They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would trust that any of my equipment would be handled with the utmost of care and workmanship. These people are great and I highly recommend them. No nonsense, honest and experienced.

My friend recommended that I bring my TV to Midwest Audio because I simply could not afford to purchase a new one. I loved that I could just drop it off at their shop without making an appointment. I had my TV back in about a week working perfectly again and the price to fix it was more than reasonable. Can't thank them enough for all the money I saved.

I bought an in-dash screen, sub woofer, and a/v unit there. With all that I got an amazing deal. I could play my play station, x-box and/or movies in the car. I love the movies because the sub woofers bumps on the scary parts so I would jump. I also have an alternated battery so I do not use my car battery. The customer service is amazing. They finished it in a short time. Thank you so much for everything.

I was having problem with my speaker on the back of my car, for some reason the volume wasn't steady. I took it into Midwest Audio to get it checked out. The workers were very helpful and informative. They were able to solve my problem and fix it so now my speaker works perfect. Thanks!

I had just bought my son a new electric guitar and it wasn't working correctly. I knew Midwest Audio fix stuff like that, so I went to them to see if it was fixable. Turns out it was and didn't take much either, was super affordable. Will recommend others and if I have anymore problem I will only use them.

My TV has been acting weird for the past few weeks now, so I decided it was time to look into to getting it repaired. I came across Midwest Audio so decided to try them out. Just to preface-Midwest Audio does not have Better Business Bureau accreditation and they have one complaint filed against them through the BBB, which to no surprise to me, they failed to respond to...this should have been a red flag to me, and I admit it, my bad. I brought my amp in for repairs in October 2010, about 1 month later (I refused to pay their "rush" fee) I was contacted and told I would need new power tubes and the repairs would be about $350. I told them to fix the amp. Several weeks later I picked up my amp. I used it about 3 times for band rehearsals. A few days later, while in the middle of a performance, the fuse blew and I was unable to use the amp to finish the performance. Figuring Midwest Audio did not repair the amp properly I took it to Chicago Music Exchange. After their technician looked at it, I got a call telling me I had been "ripped off" by Midwest Audio as they used the cheapest tubes available, (which were no good), and they failed to do a proper diagn

I thought my home theatre system was trashed and needed to be replaced after my son pushed it off the top shelf of our entertainment center. For a fraction of purchasing a new system, the guys at Midwest had it up and running in no time. Thank you Mike.
