Terrible management company. I would prefer to give them zero stars (or negative stars) but one is the lowest possible option here. I had a fire in my condo and there were certain things that were my responsibility to fix and others that were the association's responsibility. The fire was almost a year ago and they still haven't fixed the repairs or given me the money to fix them myself. They were paid by their insurance company to make the necessary repairs but instead of using the money for the purpose for which it was given, they have chosen to pocket the money. Insurance fraud? Sounds like it to me. Horrible company!!!!
