It’s almost a year and nothing is resolved or even close. We are on the first step and debating the annulment and he hasn’t paid maintenance in almost year ruining my life with 2 heart operations and cancer due to an immune system that is shot.

They don't return phone callsThey don't follow up with their clientsThey handled a DUI for our daughter in 2000.The case was ended in Supervision which was served & then dismissed.Mr. Blomquist assured us that the ordeal was over & her record would be clean. He told us he would as part of his usual service, expunge this from her record.He never followed through to expunge this from her record. When we called him on it, he assured us he would "look into it" . When we didn't hear back from him, we called again. He never returned our calls despite numerous attempts. We are now engaging another attorney and considering filing a legal malpractice claim against Ernest R. Blomquist, III (Specializing in DUI & Criminal Law)
