Very disappointing service. Dealt with them 3 times and all were engaging and useless visits. On my second occasion i was told they would call back within 1 hour regarding my service. After over 2 hours, i got no call so i called them after which they finally assigned a new sales person. On my 3rd instance i had a sales person hang up on me. Not the pursuit of perfection.
