Provided by YP.comJim and Ron were very courteous and professional. We felt they were like family. They helped arrange everything, from having our mother sent from Texas to Illinois, ordering flowers, placing a notice in the paper, setting an appointment at the cemetary and making themselves available to fit our schedule. They were very caring and our mother looked beautiful! We would highly recommend them to everyone who wants to feel like they can discuss anything and actually have someone listen and anticipate their wants and needs. I appreciate all they did and feel they would go above and beyond to make anyone feel comfortable. Great Job!!
