Kim is a honest person to do business with, as far as the review I read that she didn't show up for pick- up, Im sure there is a reasonable explanation as well as I heard nothing about the item they purchased, seems like like is another side of the story. Kim is a good person to do business with.

I bought a grandfather clock from KIMS and they could not be more amazing through the whole experience, talk about customer service wrapped and put it in the truck for us... I will be back!!
