I have been going to this Hair Cuttery for a year, but that's all over now. Being on a very fixed income and partially disabled, I can no longer afford to frequent a salon whose hair stylists just don't get it! It takes talent and good listening skills to achieve the the best results when cutting (and coloring) naturally curly hair. Only once did I get the cut I requested (and,to her credit, that was done by the Asst Mgr when I had to return for a redo). AND, they never did get the color right. The.only way to achieve a great color and cut is to really listen to what the client wants and needs. I have been a long-term client (5 years and 20+ years) with previous stylists and know that what I WANT is possible, just not at this establishment.
