am very dissappointed with their motorcycle towing.

Very difficult to get a hold of by phone or could not by e-mail to resolve dispute. Very rude boss who I talked to. Fleet Manager who I worked with initially was very professional.



Sent a guy to tow my motorcycle with a regular tow truck. My auto repair guy says it can be done but potential for serious damage. Flat bed is best. The tower, en route to my house, mentioned he never did this before but likes a challenge. Caused some damage but went through alot hoops to mitigate other damage. Example - I had him tow it to a closer location than my house since it looked like it was going to fall off. I had receipts to prove everything I went through. I reported this to BBB and also found out they have an unsatisfactory record based upon past complaints not resolved. I even talked to one of his employees in the shop and he metioned he would not tow it in this manner.



He mentioned he would reimburse me for the inspection of my bike for repairs but never did.. I just wanted him to reimburse me for the tow since I believe it was done incorrectly. I also I had to do other work to mitigate other potential damages.



Please make sure if you use these guys for motorcycle tows and they don't send a flat bed for the motorcycle find someone else.



This info only applies to the motorcycle towing and not the auto repair or car towing which I have had no experience with. Also, other towers in this company proabably do a great job. This only applies to this one incident with this one tower.
