i recently had my wedding at European Crystal Banquet in August of 2011 and have nothing but great things to say about this place. I was planning my wedding for about 9 months and everything that i wanted and expected from this place was delivered. the food is outstanding !!!!! i cannot tell you enough how great the food is. we had filet minon with chicken christopher! everyone loved it. my sweet table was not just beautiful but deliscious! worth every $$. I worked with Krystyna and Michelle and working with them made me feel like i was more than just a customer- we developed a friendly relationship and have nothing but nice things to say about them and the other sales team (anna and alice) at european crystal. everyone there is so easy going and honest and upfront. you can definitely trust them. everything that i had specified was written in our contract. the tax and gratuity. all of our upgrades..i knew exactly what i was getting into- which i think for anyone who signs a contract should know when they are getting into and it should all be spelled out. i definitley have no issues with this place. I am a very happy customer and my dream wedding came to life all becuase of European Crystal Banquets. to anyone who is looking for a venue for their special ocassion- definitley reccomend this place. you wont be disappointed!
