We received a damaged load from them earlier this year and for the last few months they just keep telling me that they "are working on gathering the paperwork" to cover the damages that occurred from their truck driver chaining down our load incorrectly as they pass me from person to person. So originally i tried dealing direct with the guy (Tony) who i set up the load with and he said he would take care of it and to send him pictures and what not so a few weeks later i follow up and all i get is ummm let me have you speak to Joe, naturally Joe says oh yeah ill get this taken care of just send me all the paperwork you sent Tony. Guess what happens next i try and follow up with Joe and now its just direct to voice mail and no replies to emails. I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with these people there are much better companies to deal with that actually care about their customers and the goods that they are responsible for.

Talk about low rate quotes!! The staff here is so fantastic, and extremely educated.

I had received a call from one of their broker, and just assumed it was another sales call; but it was so much more; he automatically made the conversation about me and my needs. My overall experience with them was amazing, and to this day I love doing business with them!!!
