Don't ever think about going here!! The owner, Gary, is absolutely rude and mean. No human decency! Please find another eye doctor if you don't want to be treated like a shxx!

Other reviews about him all over the web tell me that I'm not the only one finding him mean and crazy. Don't trust any of positive reviews on this site. They all seem self-created fake ones. Look at the style of each writing and the dates - so obvious fake ones. What a shame! Horrible!

Here it goes. I just finally received my contacts after over a month since my first appointment. This place does offer great customer service and the doctor is very nice and professional. However the way he conducts business is just strange.At any other place when you get contacts you get an exam , they call you to see if your contacts are ok and a week later you get your contacts. Usually an exam is around $75-$100 plus each box online is around $13 and a lot of places will match that price(for example LENSCRAFTERS). I paid $300- I got an eye exam and....how many boxes of contacts??? 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is ridiculous. And I had to go in at least 5 times when from the beginning I said that I liked my contacts and want to get exactly the same ones. I think this place gets a lot of first timers who just don't know the prices. Please look around, check out other places online before you decide to go there. Insanely expensive and so inconvenient with all the visits! OH and when I called to ask how come I only got 2 boxes they told me" It takes a lot of work to establish a new client ".

Dr. Gary is great eye doctor. This is the first time we had our eyes examined in his office. We are very pleased with his care and professionalism. We will come back again for our annual check up next year and definitely refer our friends to him.

I have a pair of glasses that I accidentally scratched while cleaning. After one call to Doc's, I was fully taken care of. He took my information and ordered me replacement lenses at a very reasonable rate. He was great with his communication and delivered as promised. I highly recommend him for any eye glass repair you need. Knows his stuff and completes the repairs while you wait.

Stumbled in to this amazing optical store on the way to get food.. Was looking for new glasses but hadn't yet made an appt for my usual optometrist. After 10 minutes we had 2 perfect frames (they have the best frames of anywhere I have seen ranging from bright funky neon's to your nerdy Johnny Depp look). Service was so friendly and unobtrusive. I got my new glasses in 2 days and couldn't be happier. I got tons of compliments already. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for glasses or shades.

Ladies and gentlemen Doc's Eyeglasses is the place to go to get your glasses. They talk to you like your a person, and not just a money pit. They suggest and explain, but don't push you to make a decision. I can't say enough good things about my first experience getting my glasses at Doc's. I can't imagine going anywhere else for new glasses from now on.

I brought in a pair of glasses for adjusting and a very friendly staffer did them for me in 10 minutes. Their customer service is top notch. The staff at the store is friendly, patient, and accommodating to their customers' needs. It stocks frames from the most recent season and even have a few from years ago. This is the best eye-wear store in the area, bar none. Highly recommended.

Nice and professional also kindlyness. Dr. explains all of the options. I enjoy my visits to this his office.

My comment is that since 3 or 4 years ago this is a good place to get glasses and here the employees help me a lot with my vision problems because I needed the help for my vision and glaucoma problems. And I decide " do not change this place for another." Thanks.

This is a great place to do business. I normally feel a little intimidated when going to the eye doctor because there can be added expenses which are never really explained to me ... not here. I made it known that I had no clue what my insurance included and that I was somewhat on a budget and they were so helpful and accommodating - even the doctor, who made recommendations on ways to utilize my insurance in the best way and save some money.

I have been wearing glasses for about 10 years now and have always been a little bit scared to try out contacts. After my visit with Dr. Sterczek I felt confident in giving them a try. He answered all the questions/concerns and gave me some really great advice. Thanks a bunch.

I love Dr. Sterczek. He is so courteous and knowledgeable about everything he does, and always addresses my concerns with the best advice. I always recommend him to everyone.

I just wanted to throw my shout-out. With nearly 20 years of glasses-wearing, this is the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist. The doctor is patient, friendly, thorough with explanations and answering any questions. They are never overbooked, so I've never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes for my appointment. I highly recommend this optometrist to anyone.

My contacts was getting my eyes irritated so I wanted to get eye glasses. My friend told me about Doc's Eyeglasses & Contacts, where she always goes. I try the place out and was very happy with the service. Optometrist and staffs were very nice and super patient. I will return.

I was in dire need of new contacts so I came here to get a prescription. The prices were very reasonable and cheaper than a lot of other places around me. The staff here was welcoming and friendly. I felt at ease the whole time I was here.

The doctors are friendly and the staff is very helpful in picking out the latest styles. They carry all types of stock and designer frames as well as contacts. When my daughter was having trouble with her prescription, they gave her a few different samples of contacts to tryout until she found one she liked. They work well with our insurance company and made the process of getting glasses easy.

And every single member of the staff is so friendly, helpful and nice. the eye doctor gives a very detailed eye exam, and definitely knows his stuff. He's so nice, too. We spent a little time talking about my soccer and his family - he seems like a genuinely nice guy and is certainly someone I am happy to have as an optometrist (just the second person I've trusted with my eyes in almost 20 years).

I went here to get fitted for glasses and my first pair of contacts. I admit I did not do my homework when it came to the cost of contacts, and spent a ridiculous amount on 1 pair of contacts. After the contacts started bothering my eyes, I went to an eyedoctor in my insurance plan, so I could get more financial coverage. I called Doc's to ask about what prescription they gave me and they would not give me this information until I gave them my doctor's name. Then, they wanted to know what kind of doctor he was and what "letters" were after his name. They gave me a hard time for switching doctors. I would not recommend coming here. They will rip you off if given the chance. You're better off going to a reputable doctor and if you want to save money on glasses and contacts, then go to 1800 contacts for contacts or lenscrafters (or comparable) for glasses.

My sister went here and the doctor, Gary P. Sterczek, is very unprofessional. He cussed while she was on the phone with his sectary. When she went into the office they refused to give her the prescription and the doctor screamed at her. If you want poor service and a doctor that will treat you poorly go here.

I have never in my 15 years of wearing contacts/glasses experienced such an unprofessional establishment. VERY UNORGANIZED!! It took A MONTH and 3 phone calls for me to get my contacts which was paid in advance. Then when I went into the office and demanded my contacts or a refund. He was upset because other customers were in the store. No apology for the error...nothing. As if he was doing me a favor. Needless to say I changed offices. IF I PAY FOR SOMETHING...I WANT THE PRODUCT!!!
