My mother was assigned to a UroCare doctor (Dr. Faulkner) at Northwest Community Hospital in December. She had very large kidney stones. The staff at his office are rude and never return phone calls in a timely manner. The practice is extremely slow in making arrangements for procedures in spite of telling you they will contact you at a certain time. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. My husband had similar issues early last year and was treated by Northwest Urological Associates. I would highly recommend them as opposed to UroCare.
