If I could give it less than one star I would. The owner of this place is obviously menopausal or possibly has no idea that being disrespectful and offensive to patrons is not the best business strategy. I had an extremely unpleasant experience after purchasing a handbag over the phone at this clothes mentor. The owner immediately began raising her voice and becoming angry at me because I voiced my concern that the shoulder strap was a bit short for being a crossbody... oh boy. She just went off! I actually had to ask her why she was raising her voice... you mean, I’m not allowed to voice a concern? And I was really calm and nice too!

I hope next time before going to work this woman takes her anti-psychotic meds ... at least for the sake of her innocent customers.

Wow! I have been shopping here since it has opened. I brought in a pair of shoes that I had bought there previously, worn once and realized they were too tight. The owner said that the shoes were worn and she would take a pass. I put them in my purse and looked around. I found a pair of white house black market flats for $18 and the insides were pretty worn. I was surprised at what the cost was and also noticed my shoes were in considerably better condition. I decided to buy another pair of boots but wanted to have a conversation with the owner to see if she would come down on the price of the flats. She yelled at me not to take things personally and this was after I bought a pair of shoes. Obviously you cannot bring anything to her attention and she could care less about her tone or service. I asked for her to please return my purchase I just made if that is how she felt and she refused. She has lost my business. Please note that she only owns this one location which won't stay open if she continues with her abusive behavior. I will be taking my shopping elsewhere.
