We like to go here for ribs that have great flavor without being "covered up" with the sauce. The sauces are on the table, so you can put as much on as you want then. Their smoked wings is also very good, and different. Without a sauce they are actually smokey. The beef brisket was very tender, and the sauce it was in was a little sweet, but just right! The side dishes could be better, but by the time we eat our meats, we aren't really craving any filling side dishes. We are having them cater a party for us, and they have been very good at confirming each detail, and times, and gave samples of items I wasn't familiar with. Casual place that it is not very busy, and they have good service. We also go there to watch sports finals when the sports bars are packed...we can always find a seat here.
