Do not buy this furniture, you are better off with IKEA. I bought the 3 year warranty on a bed that is falling apart and the warranty under Guardsman. Guardsman is a joke, mailed in tons of paperwork and they still haven't processed it after receiving it 2 weeks ago. Do not buy here!!!!

I purchased a "made to order" Surya rug. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks for delivery. FIVE weeks later, I called to check on the status because I had no rug and no one called me. I was then told it would be "about" another week. I called two weeks later. Still no rug. Then I was told it "can take over two months" for a made-to-order rug to be delivered; but when I asked them to call Surya to check on the status, I was given the run around....and of course, a manager was always conveniently unavailable. Three different people total told me they would check with Surya and call me back. I never got a call back. I finally was able to speak to a manager, Daniel, who ASSURED ME that he would call me back the next day after checking on the status of the rug. He never called. I called two days later and left a message for him to call me back. He didn't. Its been ELEVEN WEEKS now and I have no rug, no phone call, nothing. I would rather defecate into my hands and clap than do business here again.
