What an amazing experience I had with Arlington MotorSports Inc., Julio, the Sales Manager, and Bud went far above and beyond for me with my purchase of a used bike. I drove 3 hours from Indiana to pick it up after working with Julio over the phone and then Bud loaded and secured the bike in our trailer. It was bulletproof. Thanks SO much for the excellent service, you guys. I highly recommend Arlington MotorSports Inc. for your big, and maybe not so big, toys! They're awesome!!

I honestly don't know what all these people are complaining about. They've been open for years, so they're doing something right.

I bought a Kymco Grand Vista last year from a private party, and I've been going to this shop to try and trade it in. They've been extremely helpful and offered me a decent deal on the bike.

I recently decided to keep the bike since I've done some work to it, buy never the less I took it to them for an estimate on belt replacement. Again, very reasonable pricing. The tech knows his stuff. You can tell right away.

I highly recommend them. And if you think they are acting rude, get over it. They have to run a business, not babysit...

And of course theyll be hovering if you're checking something. Any dealership (albeit cars or bikes) will do that.

They've moved bikes for me to take a good look at them without question, and they never seemed annoyed. Again, I highly recommend them.

beware of the bald guy.

worst experience ever. The bald headed sales person was very rude to me. it was hard for me to shop for a bike i wanted when I got insulted over and over... if you want a good bike, there are plenty of better bike shops in the area. I ended up buying from bbk kawasaki in elgin. any shop is better than this rude service.

Well there are two sides to th...

Well there are two sides to this I guess. Two years ago I purchased a Kymco Scooter from them and thought that the support was Superb. However Last week my headlight went out and I decided to call to get an estimate on getting it repaired. What ensued was the end of our relationship. I was transferred to Service and the Tech if he can call himself that accused me of having a bad attitude. The thing is all I did was ask a simple question of how much he would charge to change the bulb. All he could say was it depended on how long it would take to do the work. Now I and not a professional but you would think a tech would know how long it takes to get at a bulb on almost anything he serviced and be able to give me a range. Instead he insults me then tells me that maybe I should take my attitude somewhere else and hangs up.

I ended up diagnosing on my own and they would have lost out on some serious service dollars as it was not the bulb and something else that is costly and would need to get ordered. Just what a shop likes to do.

Their loss my gain seeing as now I know more about my Scooter.

CANT believe this place is open for 15 years

This place is not like a regular bike dealer they wouldnt allow you to test ride it! The owner Mitch i think says they have a very strict insurance rules. Plus this is the most stupid thing i tried to finance it and he asked me if i wanted to put any money down I said NO because it was a scooter and it was a chinese made scooter and everything came up to 2700 and he said im approved he just wanted to check my social out when we coming back from my house HE SAID OH YOU HAVE TO PUT 200$ down or youre not going to get financed WHAT THE HECK this place is going to ruin your credit SCORE and He said im allready getting a good deal and 200 hundred dollar is almost nothing I CANT Believe THIS PLACE IS RUNNING FOR 15 years. I ask anybody why would i want to put any money down on a SCOOTER

My New Harley

A friend told me about Arlington Motorsports, that is where he bought is bike and said he thought he got

fair deal on his wifes 2003 Sporster 883 Huggar. I took a ride out to the store after going to 2 other shops

only looking for used bikes, Arlington had the cleanest Used bikes after driving all the way out to Banzai and

we looked at bikes stuffed in a storage unit that mostly where higher milage. I ended up buying a 2004 Harley

FlSTN Soft tail and I love the bike and I think the price was fair. about $1600 less then the Harley shop for almost the

same bike, My soft tail had more extras on it. Plus they through on a front tire for only $100 bucks. That guy Gary

in the service dept. was ok to deal with and they had a nice service area. The shop did not have alot of used bikes

maybe 50 or 60 ? But they all looked mostly clean. I only looked at Harleys and they had about 8 in stock. My salesman name was Dave and he knew alot about Harleys, He should me his Ultra Classic sitting out back.

Horrible service/ Horrible "Stealership"

DO NOT BUY FROM ARLINGTON MOTORSPORTS INC!!

I was in the market for a used bike and had done all the research and had the cash on hand ready to purchase a certain model they had. When I'm there looking (by the way no "hellos" or "what can I help you with", definitely wasn't busy there,a weekday afternoon in Jan) at the bike doing my usual checks:bodywork, frame, chain, oil level, suspension, etc. and this salesguy (probably the same "caucasian" fella mentioned in the first review (dark curly hair w/ simian features)seemed really irate that I was doing this and even more so when I politely asked if I can move it out since it was practially sandwiched between 2 other bikes(place is tiny), so while I'm doing my checks he's literally over my shoulder asking me what am I looking for, if I even know what I'm looking for etc. making me seem like an idiot who doesn't know anything(been riding and buyin used bikes for almost 10 years), by now I'm getting a little peeved while getting peppered w/ his stupid questions and making me rush through my checks (should have walked out then), anyways I finish and sit at the desk ready to deal, now the bike was priced way high it was 3 years older than the current but priced higher than the current, no way I'm paying that. I'm ready to haggle the price down, this idiot scumbag says price is FIRM, wouldn't even lower a cent[they had no signs or anything on their website mentioning that they're owned by Carmax]. Then I walk out.

What a waste of time...

Don't waste your valuable time and $ here folks..
