Arlington Heights Memorial Library has one of the largest collections in the state with a total of more than 430,000 items and over 1,600 newspaper and magazine subscriptions. The library is located in Arlington Heights, Ill. In addition to books and magazines, Arlington Heights Memorial Library offers DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, videos, toys, games, puzzles, puppets, CD-ROMs and large-type books. The institution is spread over an area of more than 130,000 square feet. More than 75 percent of Arlington Heights residents hold library cards. The cards entitle the residents for borrowing privileges at all North Suburban Library System public libraries.
