While, going to work in the morning, my engine light came on. I pulled my car to Altimate Auto Repair to see if they can help me out, i was to scared to drive with the engine light on. Cynde greeted me with worm welcoming. Cynde called Alex, if we can check my car out. Alex said no problem i'll look at it right away. He checked my car out, they found an EVAP code PO# 0442. Alex also found my gas cap was loose. He explained to me by your gas cap being loose trigged this EVAP code. He tightened the gas cap, and reset the engine light. I was surprised they didn't charge me nothing. I Thanked them, from know on i will bring my car to Altimate Auto Repair.

Me and my whole family have been going to Altimate Auto Repair for 20 yr. The name changed from Altimate Trans and Auto to Altimate Auto Repair. we have received excellent, services, and at a fair price. Great shop if you want honest work done, and they stand by their work.

They say that in your life you need a good Doctor, a good lawyer, a good barber and a good Mechanic that understands your issues and addresses them professionally. I have been taking all my cars to Alex and Cynde for the last 16 years and have always come out of there happy. I have moved out from Wheeling to far west suburbs but still bring my cars to Altimate Autos because Alex and his team of mechanics provide excellent service and reasonable prices.

Excellent service, I had no brakes at all, Pedal went to the floor on my 98 Honda Accord. Turns out the lines were rusted/rotted. Replaced with better materials all the lines. They did it at a great price, on top of that, I used their coupon for 10% brake coupon, witch I got on their web sight. Very pleased

I had a fat tire, they fixed it, right away. Thank god i was able to get to work on time. I definitely will bring my cat back to this shop.

The shop was recommend by a friend, I was happy with the service. My engine light was one, They gave me great price, They fix my car on a timely manner.

Very fair priced and the staff didn't treat me like another person who does't know any better. They gave me honest answers and great prices. I wish i was still in the area, but when visit my family and need an oil change i go there

Alex & staff have always been fair & honest with me regarding the health of my cars over the last 5 years. He'll walk through the issues and not give you any "bs" about what needs to be done. Because of this - I'm always bringing my cars to his team for my needs... thanks Alex & ATA!

I was going to work, my vehicle died at the traffic light. I saw Altimate Auto Repair, went their, if they can help me. The nicest people, they pushed my car to their shop,and fixed it wright away.. I would strongly recommend this shop. Thank.

Alex is the best. I've been having cars worked on for years and never been so happy with a repair shop. Everything that I came in for was checked out. The repair costs were very reasonable. They repaired only the original problems and did not try and sell me something I didn't need. Being a woman, it's very hard to trust a shop. I will be bringing my car here for all my repairs and even oil changes. Any ladies reading this and need a good repair shop, come here. You will not be disappointed!

i brought my 07 ford freestle to ata. i had my vehicle towed from the dealer ship with a trans problem. dealer ship quoted $6000.00 to repair the trans, and it would take 2 months to fix. alex told me it would cost $3800.00 and it would take 5 days to fix. he kept his promise to me. after the repair,my trans works so good, like it was new. i don't believe about the bad review i so. alex is so nice and kind.

This is the first time I'm writing a review. My car broke down in Arlington ht. Rd. on 9-3-2015 in the morning. I took it to near by automotive shop, they said my vehicle needed fuel pump assembly will cost around 1500.00, can't fix until tomorrow. One of my friends recommended call Alex at Altimate Auto Reapir. So I called him, he was really polite, and helpful, I asked him how must fuel pump will cost, he said no more then $485.00. Over the phone he also said fuel pumps hardly goes bad. So, I had my vehicle towed their, they looked at it right away. one hour later they call me, and said, fuel pump is ok. They said the main relay is bad, it will cost $245.15. I was so happy, I got my car back that day. Alex got my business from know on.

I've been bringing my cars here for 15yr. Honest, quick, reasonably priced and damn good. They have done everything on my cars from oil changes to water pump, even trans rebuild. I'm lucky to have Alex. Strongly recommend this shop.

alex at ata is a true professional. he knows his s--t. I have had many repairs done at this shop and im always pleased when i drive off their lot. From rebuilding my transmission, new clutch,cvc joint,motor mounts or simple brake jobs on my car or my kids this sshop rocks. Make sure you talk to Alex tho, he is the pro.
